A man was hospitalized after being shot Friday morning at the intersection of 10th Street and 7th Avenue, authorities said.

Lake Charles Police Spokesman Sgt. Richard Harrell said they are unsure of the extent of the victim’s injuries. He said he did not have information on any arrests associated with the shooting.
