A grand jury in state district court returned a true bill of murder against a Lake Charles man.

Two other men and a woman were indicted on accessory charges for allegedly aiding Tutson. Marcus Dewayne Handy, 19, Lee James Gibbs, 20, and Johnnie Michelle Celestine all face accessory charges.

Handy and Gibbs were originally also charged with second-degree murder.

The shooting reportedly happened in the 600 block of Bank Street. Officers found Jackson on the sidewalk bleeding from a gunshot wound. He died at a local hospital.

Tutson was also arrested in June on drug and weapons charges.
