The performing and songwriting duo of Peter Karp and Sue Foley and their band are taking “Beyond the Crossroads” on the road, with a stop in Lake Charles as part of McNeese State University’s Banners Cultural Series.

“Beyond the Crossroads” follows their Billboard chart-topping blues and roots music entry “He Said She Said.”

Foley says “Beyond the Crossroads” “is a natural extension of what we started with ‘He Said She Said’ in that we’re writing songs with themes in mind. Positivity, renewal, absolution.”

Their show will be at 7:30 p.m. on April 27 in F.G. Bulber Auditorium at McNeese State University. Tickets are $20 for adults, $5 for children and free for McNeese students. For information, call 475-5123.
