KVHP-TV will air “Murder in a Small Town: Losing Loretta,” a 30-minute special on the first of eight local women whose murders remain unsolved, at 9 p.m. Monday, July 7.
The program, presented by “Fox29 News Express” reporter Rhonda Kitchens, focuses on the life of Loretta Chaisson, whose body was found in the Grand Marais Canal near Jennings in May 2005.
According to a KVHP news release, Kitchens interviewed members of Chaisson’s family and “uncovered new information from an undercover informant who gives a detailed account of Loretta’s death and what he says happened to that information.”
