Injured Entergy contractor’s condition unknown after fall

An accident Thursday at Entergy’s Nelson Plant in Westlake left a worker injured, officials said.
A contractor performing scheduled maintenance fell “within a confined space,” Entergy spokesperson Chip Arnould said in a news release.
Arnould said the worker was transported to a medical facility, but said he could not release details of his condition.
Maintenance was suspended while the incident was investigated, Arnould said.
