Four men from Southwest Louisiana have been arrested following a lengthy, multi-jurisdictional investigation, authorities said.
Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Kim Myers said 21-year-old Jeremy J. Landreneau of Ragley, 24-year-old Eric P. Guidry of Jennings, 42-year-old John R. Rigmaiden of Longville and 48-year-old Karl A. Gott of Moss Bluff are facing numerous charges.
Myers said the investigation involved detectives with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office Vehicle Crimes Unit and the sheriff’s office in Allen, Jeff Davis and Acadia parishes.
Guidry, who remains incarcerated, has been charged with two counts of theft over $1,500. Landreneau was charged with illegal possession of stolen property over $1,500, marijuana and meth possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has been released on a $10,000 bond set by Judge David Ritchie.
Gott and Rigmaiden were both charged with meth possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gott was also charged with two counts of possession of firearms in presence of narcotics, marijuana possession and obstruction of justice.
Gott was released on an $8,750 bond set by Judge Wilford Carter and Rigmaiden was released on a $3,500 bond set by Judge Ron Ware.
