The fourth suspect in a June 25 homicide on Fall Street has been arrested, authorities said.
Douglas Lawrence Clifton, 27, of Sierra Vista, Ariz., was arrested in Houston, Lake Charles police Sgt. Shawn Caldwell said.
Clifton was charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to distribute marijuana in the fatal shooting at 734 Fall St. of 31-year-old Domingo Elizalde MiJangos.
Police had already made three arrests in the killing — Justin Jamar Duncan, 23, of 2402 E. Mill St.; Devontea Deon Fontenot, 20, of 1828 Third St.; and Desmond Jamar Henry, 22, of 1600 Cactus Drive. Each was charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to distribute marijuana.
