A Friday night argument ended with one person wounded and a 28-year-old Lake Charles woman facing attempted second-degree murder charges, city police said.

Brittney Renee Vital, 2417 11 St., turned herself in around 4:30 p.m. Saturday. The name of the victim was not released. Bond was set at $1.5 million.

City police said the shooting occurred at Vital’s home. The victim was transported to a local hospital.
