HODGE (AP) — Jackson Parish Sheriff Andy Brown confirms that emergency crews have been sent to the Smurfit-Stone paper mill in Hodge.

KNOE-TV (http://bit.ly/1466Dkb) reports there’s been a possible explosion within the facility. Officials at the mill aren’t yet commenting on what happened, whether there are any injuries or the extent of damage to the plant.
