A local murder case will be featured this weekend on “48 Hours.”
Robyn Little Davis and Carol Noland Saltzman were convicted in May of murdering Davis’ husband, Brian Davis, in 2009.
Brian Davis was found shot to death off Wagon Wheel Lane in Big Lake.
The hour-long program will air at 9 p.m. Saturday on CBS.
Davis and Saltzman were sentenced to life in prison without parole. They have appealed their sentence.
CBS has titled Saturday’s show “Friends for Life,” with the billing “an unfaithful husband is killed.”
After three hours of deliberation, jurors announced an 11-1 decision to convict the two women.
During the trial, prosecutors said that even though the case was built on circumstantial evidence, that evidence was “overwhelming.” They gave Brian Davis’ extramarital affairs, financial troubles and insurance policies as possible motives.
