He was released on July 26 and arrested again a few hours later and charged with violations of protective orders. Henry was released on Monday after that charge was rejected.

Title: Justice not being served!!

MY RESIDENCE IS ONE OF MANY THAT WERE BROKEN INTO BY THE TWO BOYS ABOVE. (MATTHEW HOGAN AND DILLON JOHNSON) I AM FURIOUS THAT THESE BOYS WERE NOT CHARGED WITH A GREATER CRIME. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THEY STOLE MORE THAN $500 WORTH OF GOODS AND SHOULD BE BEING CHARGED WITH A FELONY. I HAVE 8 SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS SURROUNDING MY HOME AND CAPTURED THE BOYS FACES UP CLOSE, OBSERVED THEIR VEHICLE AND HAVE FOOTAGE OF THE BURGLARY AND THEFT OF MANY OF MY NEIGHBORS HOMES AND VEHICLES.
