Temperatures are expected to drop into the lower 40s and remain cool into next week, a National Weather Service spokesman said.
Jimmy Nunn said temperatures were expected to drop this morning into the lower 50s with winds at 15-20 mph.
Skies were expected to be mostly cloudy during the morning and then become partly cloudy to mostly sunny as the temperatures hit the high 60s in the afternoon.
Nunn said temperatures are expected to drop back into the lower 40s Sunday morning with mostly clear skies and winds 5-10 mph. Temperatures were to remain in the lower 40s Monday morning with highs reaching the upper 70s through Tuesday.
He said lows throughout next week would remain in the mid-50s.
