City police make arrest in Saturday night homicide

The Lake Charles Police Department has arrested a 26-year-old man and charged him with second-degree murder.
Police found the body of a female at the intersection of Melvin and Alma lanes at around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Authorities said they have arrested Dustin Belest Pleasant.
Chief Don Dixon will host a news conference at 3 p.m. Monday.
