BATON ROUGE (AP) — Baton Rouge police say a woman shot a man, stole his bicycle, rode a few blocks and then shot and killed a second man before surrendering.
Police booked 29-year-old Tameka Johnson with second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder Thursday.
Police spokesman L'Jean McKneely said Johnson and the two men had been in an argument earlier in the day, but he would not reveal what the dispute was about.
A 51-year-old man was shot in the shoulder outside a home about 3 p.m. Police said that a 55-year-old man was killed a short time later. Police have not released the victims' names.
