Authorities arrest four, looking for two more in connection with Fall Street homicide (WITH VIDEO)

Lake Charles police are looking for two men accused of first-degree murder in connection with a shooting on Fall Street in June, authorities said Wednesday.
City police are searching for Desmond Jamar Henry, 22, 1600 Cactus Dr., and Douglas Lawrence Clifton, 27, of Sierra Vista, Ariz., Don Dixon, Lake Charles police chief, said at a news conference.
The pair are charged with first-degree murder, as well as conspiracy to distribute marijuana, in connection with the fatal June 25 shooting of 31-year-old Domingo Elizalde MiJangos at 734 Fall St., Dixon said.
Dixon also announced four arrests have been made in the killing, which he said is believed to have happened during a “drug rip-off.”
Justin Jamar Duncan, 23, 2402 E. Mill St., and Devontea Deon Fontenot, 20, 1828 3rd St., were arrested and charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to distribute marijuana.
Two women were arrested for helping the men, “after-the-fact,” Dixon said. Sade Jacob, 22, 122 Garden St. in Sulphur, was arrested and charged with being an accessory after the fact and Krisjuana C. Bellow, 19, 912 Shady Lane, was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice.
Judge Kent Savoie set Duncan’s bond at $800,000, Fontenot’s at $300,000, Jacob’s at $25,000 and Bellow’s at $5,000.
Dixon said police are unsure whether Duncan or Fontenot are in the area, but both are have been alerted that there are warrants for their arrests.
“They are on the run and we have our S.W.A.T. team out actively looking for them,” Dixon said.
He said local police are “very familiar” with Henry.
“Desmond, turn yourself, in buddy, do yourself a favor,” Dixon admonished Henry.
Dixon also cautioned people not to help the pair: “If you know if the person you’re dealing with has been involved with a homicide and you still provide aid and assistance... we’re going to arrest you. It’s as simple as that”
Dixon wouldn’t give details about the shooting.
“We don’t want to say who was the actual shooter, but they were all there, they all participated, they are all equally guilty,” Dixon said.
Police arrested Ulises Barrangan Cedillo, a resident of the Fall Street home, on June 28 and charged him with obstruction of justice and conspiracy to distribute marijuana. Cedillo remains jailed at the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

figure out how to deal with a tragic, frightening, angering, scary, painful loss. I know Dystiny too and it is true she was so happy about the possibility of getting closer to mingo, she told me how they had recently spoke on the phone, now that new beginning will never happen. Cheated, and unjust.

Calling all these people on here who have commented, Cowards? Do you even know the meaning of that? Coward is what your family member did to Mingo. As for you believing him well thats nice of you, but he did what he did and now he is gonna pay for it. Even if he doesn't get what he deserves here, my dear read revelations 21:8 if you even know were to find that. He will burn in hell for eternity. As for his children at least they are able to go see this bastard in jail, but what about Mingo? His children now have to go talk to a headstone!!! You say we don't know Duncan, well did Duncan know Mingo? I can be sure he didn't. I as Mingos wife can also tell you Mingo was no saint, yes he had his past but he was not a bad person to deserve what they did to him. And yes don't believe everything you read because no where on here have they mention what Mingo was doing at that place. He was offered a pitbull which he had gone to pick up for his kids. But I pray that all these bastards and cowards get what they deserve. Death penalty would be great! But i leave it in my good Lord's hands. As for Mingo he is now resting in peace........

All the people on here are talking about these people are some cowards but yall dont know any of them and you cant believe everything you hear or see one of these people is my cousin and if he say he didnt do it i believe because i know he couldnt have done anything like this i been knowing him all my life he has done alot of bad things in his life hes not perfect none of us are but i know he didnt do any thing like this he also have two kids that he love to death and would never do anything to them so before yall start saying mean and evil things about people yall need to get the fact first about this case

I still dont understand to why him (mingo) and not the other guy? Why leave a witness (cedillo)? Was he involved or in agreement to all this? Did he blame the drug deal on mingo, when he had nothing to do with it? This still does not make any sense.....I know mingo was not involved, he had his job which he was very happy with. If mingo was in anyway involved in drugs he would've gone so far for a job putting his kids and wife in danger. Why don't they mention the real reason mingo was at cedillos for, picking up a pitbull that was given to him!! Did Cedillo rip these people of on a deal mingo had nothing to do with and blamed it on mingo, since mingo was all covered in tattoos that would give him the image of being a bad person? This case needs really good questioning cause nothing makes sense.

I know Domingo Elizalde for over 15 yrs or so I'm like a aunt to his only daughter Destiny Elizalde, it was not fair for neither the child n father he was a loving father that was seeking his daughters love for all the lost time they had, never happened due to these cowards I'm so upset first of all because I felt like they were going to get away with it, but I'm glad to find out I'm wrong it will never be the same without him but at least will be in peace to know that all convicted accomplices have been charged and in custody, Thank you all that have helped to solve this case thank you so very much..
