The following menus for Dec. 3-7 for area schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change. All include choice of milk and/or juice.
• Monday: Chili dog, mexican beans, tossed salad, fresh apple.
• Tuesday: Pasta Variety, whole wheat roll, broccoli cuts, lettuce and tomato salad, and orange slices.
• Wednesday: BBQ rib on a bun, sweet potato fries, sandwich salad cup, mixed fruit salad, and oatmeal cookie.
• Thursday: Spicy vegetable soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Celery Sticks with dip, and Spiced apple slices.
• Friday: Hot ham and cheese on a whole wheat bun, potato wedges, Relish tray with dip, and sliced peaches.
• Monday: Breaded chicken patty, fresh baby carrots, tossed salad, chilled peach slices, and sliced wheat bread.
• Tuesday: Meatballs with rice and gravy, black-eye peas, tomato wedges, fresh fruit cup and wheat roll.
• Wednesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, fresh fruit cup, and sliced bread.
• Thursday: Baked chicken, sweet peas, dark green salad, fruit cocktail and whole wheat biscuit.
• Friday: Soft tacos, pinto beans, chilled peach halves, and sliced wheat bread.
• Monday: Hamburger on whole wheat bun, baked beans and mixed fruit cup.
• Tuesday: Soft shell tacos, whole kernel corn, pineapple tidbits and cinnamon rolls.
• Wednesday: Chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, garden salad with carrots, and seasonal melon and fruit.
• Thursday: Baked chicken, dark mixed greens salad, glazed yams, fresh apple slices, and whole wheat roll.
• Friday: Country fried steak with gravy, creamed potatoes, tomato wedges, peach slices, and whole wheat roll.
• Monday: Beef stew over rice, cabbage, roasted squash, fresh fruit, and roll.
• Tuesday: Chili dog, baked beans, fries/tater tots/wedges, fruit, and brownie cup.
• Wednesday: Oven fried chicken, broccoli, rice and cheese casserole, cucumbers, fresh fruit, and roll.
• Thursday: Chicken, sausage and ham jambalaya, green beans, cup of fruit, and roll.
• Friday: Roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, cup of fresh fruit, and roll.
